DJ Spooky that Subliminal Kid (via 24x7) You probably know Paul Miller as the DJ culture guru famous for creating structure from sequences. Also known as DJ Spooky that Subliminal Kid, he works in music, video, and text, he cuts-up and collages, he deconstructs and creates. And Paul appears in our 24×7 film experiment. The clip in this post is from the beginning of the shoot where the conversation was about collaboration. As with the other clips we’re posting in the production blog, this clip is pretty typical of the shoot however it’s not amongst the footage that’s making it into the final cut. Have a look at some of the projects Paul has in the works and pick up his book if you have time, it’s an interesting and enjoyable read, of course you have already checked out his music.
