A couple interesting nuggets in this Comscore press release. Men watch more streaming video than women, and 18-34s watch more than any other demographic (no big surprise.) As far as dayparts, daytime is closely followed by late night (after 1 a.m.) for the most active period of time for watching online video. And the average user watches 73 minutes of video a month.
