A NY Times story today reveals a little more of Yahoo's strategy to pursue original video programming. A few weeks ago, they hired former NBC correspondent Kevin Sites. And now "sitcoms, dramas, talk shows, even a short daily humorous take on the news much like Jon Stewart's 'Daily Show' are in the works," reports the Times.

(And we shall call our short daily humorous take on the news "Yahoobang!" -kc.)
