Quickcasts are short, 1-5 minute "mini-podcast" (audio) versions of original, non-reblogged posts in the voice of the original author. They provides you with an alternative way of reading posts when you're not in a position to read. They also provide us with a way to practice and test some of the media blogging tools and processes we're working on.
