Now to answer the question we asked yesterday: will he be able to avoid lawsuits? If the site is ad-driven, he'll want to include pirated material and the traffic that brings (which it's doing right now). But by including pirated material, he faces the wrath of the entertainment industry and an endless flood of DMCA takedown requests. Quickcasts are short, 1-5 minute "mini-podcast" (audio) versions of original, non-reblogged posts in the voice of the original author.
